ND8.0.1 upgrade on iSeries Platform

Hi, i'm just trying to did it but it seems very very difficult.
I am trying to install on a new Iseries 525 the Domino 8.01 server and i had these troubles :
1) the installer didn't had put inside the GUIPlugin folder the domino plugin for the Iseries Navigator.. so i had to copy manually it there.
2) after checking all the system requirements i was able to configure the domino server only Primary Directory.. with Configuration Directory i wasn't able to configure it.
Now the server it's configured but when i launch it the server loops and can't get alive ..
Looking at logs i got all the domino task closed by the CPI3BC4 error that is a problem with SETJOBATR...
I don't know if it could be a problem with the I5/os language.. i've it in italian and the Domino 8.01 it's in english..
I Don't know..
I don't think that this helps :-) but i'd like to share my experience!
